TERMS AND CONDITIONS

6.1 You may not modify the content, in relation to the presentation made by the websites, without notifying the source of the content thus modified (these authorized modifications being the “modifications made by the user”). Any modification made by the user must be made only to the extent necessary to adapt the content for your own personal use or the internal use of your organization or company, subject to paragraph 5.1 above. Any changes made by the user may not alter or remove any copyright, trademark, trade name, service mark, or other proprietary notices or captions that appear in the content.

You must not:

1. A) include content in a product or service that you or your organization or company has created or distributed, unless written permission from CHT Medical Pro;
2. B) copy content on your own website or third party website unless written permission is obtained from CHT Medical Pro;
3. C) use the Websites in a manner that could damage, decommission, overburden, or compromise the computing resources, accounts, servers, networks, member sites of the Websites, linked or connected to them or accessed through or adversely affect their security, adversely affect their operation, or otherwise misuse them (including downloading, posting or otherwise transmitting computer viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other computer files or software that may be harmful, disruptive or destructive or that may place an unreasonable or excessive burden on the website infrastructure or use a robot, an indexing robot or other automatic program or device, or a manual process, to monitor, copy, summarize or otherwise extract information from the websites or the content, in whole or in part);

(D) use the websites, content or modifications made by the user in a manner that violates the rights of a third party (including privacy rights and personality rights, right of author, moral rights and other intellectual property rights), which is illegal, infringes a right of CHT Medical Pro, its partners, licensors, content providers, service providers or subcontractors, which is prohibited by the terms and conditions (including accessing the Website from a location where access may be illegal or prohibited), which is unethical, indecent, offensive, defamatory, disparaging, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, coarse, threatening, vulgar, blasphemous, pornographic, obscene, sexually explicit, sexist, racist, obnoxious, malicious, intrusive to the privacy of others (including the posting of documents that describe, promote, indicate, support or tend to incite such conduct), that is otherwise inadmissible or that does not respect the rights and interests of others;

1. E) use the websites, content or changes made by the user in connection with data linking or data mining, including the collection or use of information about other users (including their e-mail addresses) without first obtaining their consent;
2. F) post or display any materials on the Website that may violate the restrictions set forth in the Terms and Conditions;
3. G) except as otherwise authorized by CHT Medical Pro in writing, use the Websites for commercial purposes or in the course of commercial activities (except to enter into business transactions with CHT Medical Pro) including (i) selling or offering to sell any goods or services; (ii) solicit advertisers or sponsors; (iii) launch competitions, games or give prizes, scholarships or other incentives to anyone; (iv) display advertising or sponsorship banners, including those generated through banner exchange services or links (v) soliciting donations or (vi) through the use of spam, email, chains of letters, pyramid schemes or any other form of solicitation;
4. H) use the Websites in any way that could (i) threaten, harass, abuse, intimidate or otherwise harm any other person, or use any materials that represent, promote, encourage, indicate, support or tend to inciting the commission of a crime or other illegal activity, violence, hatred, cruelty or discrimination against any individual or group, for any reason whatsoever, or an act of cruelty to animals; (ii) taint or belittle the name and reputation of CHT Medical Pro, the Trademarks (as defined herein), Associates, Licensors, Service Providers or Subcontractors, as applicable; (iii) impair the use and enjoyment by any other person of the websites or the Internet in general; (iv) result in the circumvention or breach of any user authentication, password, security measures or controls relating to any web site or any other Internet resource or computer system; (v) conceal or misrepresent the originator of a message or communications, or personify others or falsely or otherwise misrepresent an affiliation with another person, including a representative of CHT Medical Pro; or (vi) disclose any person’s pictures or personal information about them (including names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, mailing addresses, social insurance number or other security numbers) without the permission of that person.

6.3 Except as provided herein, the Content may not be copied, resold, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, posted, mailed or otherwise transmitted, including electronically, mechanically, or by photocopying, recording or otherwise without the prior written permission of CHT Medical Pro or the owner of the intellectual property right.

6.4 You may not, without the prior written permission of CHT Medical Pro, “duplicate” content on another server.
